Return window
Returns must be requested within 5 business days of purchase. After that, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. We need a receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items can’t be returned:
- Anodes that have been used, or that show signs of exposure to water or moisture
- Sale items
- Gift cards
How to start a return
Contact us before sending anything back. Call (619) 756-7258 or email info@westcoastboatzincs.com with your order number, and we’ll tell you how to return the item. Please don’t send items back to the manufacturer.

Return shipping and fees
You’re responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges aren’t refundable and will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your refund.
For returns worth more than $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive a returned item.
Partial refunds
We may issue a partial refund for items that come back not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons that aren’t our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to post the refund.
If your refund hasn’t appeared after that, check with your bank or card issuer first. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@westcoastboatzincs.com.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 business days of purchase. We’ll replace the item with the same product.
