Shipping Policy

Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday. Orders don’t ship on weekends or carrier holidays.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and address, so you’ll see the cost before you pay.

Free in-store pickup

Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order at our counter:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Pickup orders are usually ready within 2 hours. We’ll let you know when yours is ready.

Carriers

We ship with USPS and FedEx, and we choose the most economical option for your order unless you select a specific service at checkout. Delivery times depend on the carrier and service.

Anchors and special orders

Anchors and other special-order items ship separately, direct from our supplier. After you order, we’ll contact you to confirm shipping cost and timing.

Shipping outside the continental US

Please call or email us before ordering, and we’ll confirm options and cost.

Order tracking

You’ll get an email confirmation when you order and a second email with tracking information when your order ships. Contact us if you need help with tracking.

Expedited shipping

If you choose an expedited service, check the carrier’s holiday and non-shipping days. Orders returned because of missed delivery windows will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping.
